During the driving of the vehicle, the friction sound of the tire and the ground, the sound of the shock absorber, the sound of the air flow of the tire gap, etc., are transmitted to the human ear through the cockpit, making people tired, cranky, anxious, irritable, etc. To solve these problems, a noise reduction solution is developed by using the combination of vibration reduction, sound insulation and sound absorption materials.
The first layer of the wheel uses a 2.5mm vibration damping pad to reduce the vibration, strengthen the strength of the sheet metal, and suppress the resonance caused by the vibration of the sheet metal. The second layer is treated with 6mm sound insulation pads to prevent heat transfer and noise transfer to the cockpit.
After vibration reduction and sound insulation treatment, sound absorbing cotton is filled in the cavity of the leaf board for cavity treatment to absorb noise reflection caused by vibration and resonance noise in the cavity.
